When the car is at an idle it shows 14% (TPS%) most of the time, occasionally it will show 1% but then goes right back to 14 in the tps percentage scan... Half throttle will read 50%... Clear up to about 96% with the old sensor, then at WOT throttle is read 14% again... So I thought, TPS sensor or TPS wiring. To make things more confusing, I've read on here and other places that the TPS output should actually be around 1V or so, but now I just looked in the service manual and it says the TPS.

The TPS % reading during off throttle also wanders sometimes. Anywhere from 5% to 15%. This is all while sitting at a stoplight, foot off the throttle. As the TPS% increases, the RPM increases and the car idles high. Thermostat is new and fine, ETCS is tested fine, I'm not playing w/ the AC (this is not AC idle up), front O2 sensor is new.
